Instructions
In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen blueberries, softened cream cheese, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, and milk.
Add the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Taste the smoothie and, if desired, sweeten it further by adding another drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Blend again briefly to mix.
Once your smoothie is perfectly blended, pour it evenly into two serving glasses.
For a delightful finishing touch, sprinkle each smoothie with granola, add a handful of fresh blueberries, and garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.
