Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and finely chopped green onions. Use a sturdy wooden spoon or spatula for best results.
Next, incorporate the bacon bits (or crispy coconut), garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce into the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully combined and you have a smooth and creamy texture.
Once combined, use your hands to shape the mixture into a round ball, ensuring it holds its form without cracks.
Place the formed cheese ball on a sheet of plastic wrap, then wrap it tightly to hold its shape. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
After the chilling period, unwrap the cheese ball gently. Roll it in the everything bagel seasoning, coating it evenly on all sides for that extra flavor burst.
Carefully transfer the cheese ball to a serving plate. As a finishing touch, sprinkle the top with chopped fresh parsley to add a vibrant color contrast.
