Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, and toss gently until each shrimp is evenly coated in the marinade. Allow the shrimp to marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
Once the shrimp has marinated, carefully add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss gently again.
Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
After cooking, use tongs to carefully transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
Serve the shrimp immediately, accompanied by lemon wedges on the side.
