Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower florets, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss everything together until the florets are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the smoked paprika, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper over the mixture. Toss again until all the spices are well incorporated.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower mixture onto a large baking sheet in a single even layer.
Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot florets.
Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
After the final roasting, garnish the roasted cauliflower with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
