Instructions
Begin by washing the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold running water to eliminate any grit or dirt. Drain well and set aside.
In a high-speed blender, add the washed spinach, sliced banana, diced mango, pineapple chunks, and chia seeds.
Pour in the coconut water or regular water, adjusting the quantity based on your preferred smoothie thickness.
If you prefer a sweeter flavor profile, drizzle in the honey or agave syrup to the mixture.
Add a generous handful of ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill and frosty texture.
Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
After blending, taste your smoothie. If you desire more sweetness, add additional honey or agave syrup and blend for an additional few seconds.
Once the smoothie is fully blended to your satisfaction, pour the vibrant green mixture into your favorite glasses.
Notes
